Brock Lesnar return chances 'very, very good,' says Dana White”

But earlier this week, while WWE was hosting its Elimination Chamber pay-per-view in Las Vegas, its champion was photographed with UFC president Dana White. "They're very, very, very good".

All it took was one Twitter post to fuel speculation about Lesnar's future.

There has been plenty of talk surrounding Lesnar as his current contract with World Wrestling Entertainment nears its end.

The 40-year-old returned to the UFC in the summer of 2016 after a five-year absence and beat Mark Hunt in his comeback fight. Lesnar had been scheduled to appear in Anaheim for several weeks, but was a no-show for the event.

Reigns, acting as if he was going off script and "shooting" on Lesnar, called attention to the fact that Lesnar comes and goes as he pleases and acts entitled. "If Brock Lesnar wants to fight in WWE, he will fight in WWE", Heyman said.

Maybe. Or maybe he and WWE - and Dana White - are just trolling us again. He'd have to re-enter the USADA drug-testing pool and serve the final six months of his suspension before he could have another UFC fight.

It's reported that Lesnar is more interested in negotiating his next deal than becoming a "team player" in WWE.

The advertised plan for Brock Lesnar at the Chicago house show on 3 March is for him to compete in a WWE Title match against "The Big Red Monster" Kane, in what is sure to be a great match for the live crowd. Lesnar won but was subsequently banned for a failed drugs test. This marked Lesnar's return to MMA after an nearly five-year retirement.

Would you be excited to see Brock Lesnar back in the UFC? It gives him even more leverage in negotiations with WWE, where he already works on a part-time schedule. It's unlikely it was a creative decision to have Lesnar not appear on RAW as he was even being advertised for the show when it started on USA Network. It also suggests that this could also be some kind of a promotional stunt by WWE in order to hype up Lesnar's upcoming championship fight with Roman Reigns.

Paul Heyman, Lesnar's on-screen manager, addressed the situation last week with TMZ.
