The new anti-Trump book is really popular”

Meanwhile, Trump has slammed "Fire and Fury: Inside the Trump White House" as "boring" and "untruthful", and lambasted his former chief strategist, Steve Bannon, for his contribution to the book.

The White House has been pushing back forcefully against a new supposed tell-all book - Michael Wolff's "Fire and Fury: Inside the Trump White House" - which was rushed into bookstores after the Trump administration failed to suppress it. Dismissed by Trump as full of lies, it depicts a chaotic White House, a president who is ill-prepared to win the office in 2016, and Trump aides who scorn his abilities.

"Michael Wolff is a total loser who made up stories in order to sell this really boring and untruthful book", tweeted Trump late yesterday USA time. Wolff, who claims to have had unparalleled access to the White House over much of the a year ago, ultimately concluded that none of Trump's staff believe he is capable of functioning in his job as president, and his reporting in Fire and Fury details incompetence, incoherence, and indifference by Trump and members of his inner circle.

The craze to purchase Wolff's book was kicked off by a letter sent by one of Trump's lawyers to Henry Holt and Co., which is publishing the book. Now Sloppy Steve has been dumped like a dog by nearly everyone. Look at this guy's past and watch what happens to him and Sloppy Steve! Whether he realized it was an interview or not, I don't know.

Wolff, however, asserted that he had spoken with the President while working on the book. Donald Trump commented that when he fired Bannon, he lost not only his work, but his wits, he added.
