Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx FINALLY go public with romance

Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx FINALLY go public with romanceā€

The Daily Beast alleges this is in connection with Cruise's involvement in Scientology, with fears that Holmes would discuss her marriage to Cruise or the church with the press.

Rumours have surrounded Holmes, 38, and Foxx, 49, since they were seen dancing at a benefit in 2013 in the Hamptons, New York's summer playground for the wealthy.

In recent months, Jamie has insisted that the continuous speculation amounted to little more than "fake news" and was "one hundred per cent not true". Indeed, a clause of their divorce, pronounced in 2012, forbade Katie Holmes to publicly show with another man or to let him approach their daughter Suri, in exchange for a maintenance of almost 4, $ 8 million.

Holmes' relationship with Foxx began about a year after her shocking divorce from Tom Cruise.

The smitten stars seemed carefree as they walked hand-in-hand on a Malibu beach on Monday.

Moreover, it's been reported that Foxx and Holmes aren't super serious about their relationship, despite being together for years.

AND one of Jamie's friends, Claudia Jordan (from Real Housewives of Atlanta) blabbed one time, saying: "He is very happy with her".

"He is very happy with her".

The "First Daughter" star was wearing a cute blue dress, a fedora hat, and a pair of black sunglasses.

But the rumours persisted, with the pair being filmed dancing together in The Hamptons and United States mag Us Weekly suggesting the pair were "secretly spending time together". This is the couple who has eluded media for years on end.

Foxx has his own connections to Cruise; the two starred together in the 2004 thriller "Collateral".

But in April, a fellow diner at a Manhattan restaurant got a photograph of the two enjoying what appeared to be a romantic dinner.

"Jamie wants Tom's forgiveness, whatever the future holds for him and Katie", a source tells the publication.
