McDonald's Launches a Ridiculous Eating Utensil Made of French Fries

McDonald's Launches a Ridiculous Eating Utensil Made of French Fries”

According to McDonald's the "unnecessarily superfluous" utensil will help customers scoop up every last bit of the new premium burgers and chicken sandwiches, even the toppings that fall out of a burger.

Fast food chain McDonald's is breaking into verdant new ground with a whimsical infomercial introducing the Frork, an entirely unnecessary utensil that uses French fries as prongs.

You can actually snag one of these frorks on May 5 at participating restaurants when you purchase a Signature Crafted recipe sandwich.

McDonald's is apparently unleashing the Frork on the US for a limited time, and announced the product with a tongue-in-cheek infomercial starring English pitchman Anthony Sullivan (of OxiClean and Edge of Glory fame). McDonald's has unveiled a new piece of cutlery you never knew you needed - an edible fork made of French fries. "Probably not", Sullivan admits. You've always used your fries to mop up the "topping droppings" that ooze out as you bite into your burger, right? "Will the Frork change your life?" The average price of the sandwiches is $4.99 to $5.19.

One such effort has been its new Signature Crafted Recipes line, which plays catchup with the more daring flavors that McDonald's competitors have utilized.

McDonald also has a website named "McDFrork.com" through which customers can find the nearest location. "I mean, sure. maybe".
