Under it, beer distributors would be allowed to sell suds in any quantities, including individual 32-ounce bottles, four-packs, six-packs and growlers.

The House has not acted on a Senate bill created to make it easier for gun owners and organizations like the National Rifle Association to challenge cities' firearms ordinances in court.
